Holiday Concert with The Judelaires
In her former role as Director of Music at St. Basil the Great, St. Veronica Music Minister Janina Parrott Jacobs created the Angels and Inspiration Music Series to highlight all styles of music used in various music ministries. We also use music as evangelization, bringing people back to church….and now, the music has continued here at St. Veronica for the last two years.
Please Mark Your Calendars for this special date at St. Veronica:
Thursday, December 12, 2024—6:00pm: The Judelaires will once again offer their festive Holiday Concert. You may recall their delightful Christmas music from last year. You can also enjoy an Afterglow Reception in the Vestibule, with refreshments being served.
No ticket required: Free Will Offering For more information, contact Janina Jacobs at Jjacobs2456@yahoo.com or 313-980-0054

Stations of the Cross with Musical Selection
Celebrate Good Friday with St. Veronica Music Ministry, which will offer a sacred presentation of “Stations of the Cross with Musical Interludes”. “The Way of the Cross Stations” prayer guide will be used and congregation responses are the same with the exception of singing. “Adoramus Te” in place of reciting “We Adore You, O Christ and we Praise You” at the beginning of each station. The appropriate verse of “Stabat Mater” will follow at the end of the readings, and conclude with an appropriate song or sung response which reflects the meaning of that Station. Please join us for this very moving and solemn hour of prayer.
